I had some down time today and finally the weather was somewhat decent! I am dying to do more outdoor portraits, so I shot a few today. I just let my daughter play on the deck and do her thing. She didn't want to come back in!

Carson's 6 Month Shoot

Today I had the honor of taking Carson's first formal family pictures. This little guy had to have repair of a cleft palate that he was born with, so he didn't get pictures right away. His family came all the way to my house for this session - I hope they like them! He is a handsome boy, if I do say so myself!

Baby Maci

Six months is really one of my favorite ages to shoot! Today I had the opportunity to take baby Maci's 6 month pictures and boy was it fun! She was so happy and energetic - you could see her personality just coming alive. She made taking her pictures a breeze. I know I'm going to be busy proofing these for a while, there were so many good ones!

Engagement Shoot

Yesterday I did something a little different - an engagement shoot! It was wonderful finally being able to do an outdoor session (even though it was pretty foggy in the beginning)! I had a lot of fun photographing this young couple about to embark upon their new life together. Love truly is a wonderful thing.

We braved the Blizzard of 'O8 to do a photoshoot this weekend with Kaitlyn! Luckily she is my neighbor, so getting to my house was easy.

My New Neice Kate

I am now a proud aunt to little baby Kate! She is so beautiful! Mom and dad are tired, but I know they are very proud of their new daughter.
